Calcium Nitrate is a source of Calcium and Nitrogen fertiliser. Calcium, is important in building cell walls and is very critical in horticultural crops that are prone to blossom and rot, such as tomatoes and peppers. Calcium also aids in promoting good fruit quality and shelf life, traits which are desireable in many vegetable markets. Can also be applied as a foliar spray for peppers and tomatoes at 10g/litre.
